Frequently asked questions

helpMy steering feels notchy or loose — what is it?

That's usually the headset — the bearings your fork turns on. We'll adjust it, or service/replace the bearings if they're worn or pitted.

helpCan you help me get a more comfortable riding position?

Yes. Swapping bars, stem, grips or saddle and adjusting height and angle can transform comfort. Tell us where it hurts and we'll set the bike up around you.

helpMy seatpost is stuck solid — can you remove it?

We can. Seized seatposts (especially alloy-in-steel) need patience and the right technique. We'll free it wherever possible without damaging the frame.
