helpCan a buckled wheel be saved?

Often, yes. Minor buckles true out; we'll only recommend a rebuild or replacement if the rim is cracked or too far gone. We'll be straight with you either way.

helpMy hub feels rough or noisy — is that serious?

Rough or grinding hubs usually mean worn bearings that need servicing or replacing. Left too long they can damage the hub, so it's worth booking in early.

helpDo you build custom wheels?

Yes — tell us your rims, hubs and intended use and we'll hand-build a strong, properly tensioned wheelset for you.
